CCT is affiliated to East West Learning Enterprises (EWLE), a wholly owned subsidiary of the global conglomerate, the IMC group of companies. EWLE is the training arm of the Group, and specialises in leadership training as well as the support of on-going research to further the growth of human capital amongst the Asian ommunities.

CCT is the sister company of Psychological Publishing Corporation, one of Taiwan's largest distributors of psychological assessment tests

Psychology Department University of Western Australian, reputed to be the region's top department in tertiary teaching and research in the various fields of psychology. UWA is the primary research unit arm of CCT, and will spearhead on-going scientific research on both the proprietary and international programmes provided by CCT.

Centre for Organisational Research, a joint venture between UWA and the State Department of Organisational Labor Studies, WA. Psychology Department, University of Western Australia. It is dedicated to the goals of: advancing new theories and knowledge relating to effectiveness within work organisations; foster university-industry collaboration in research aimed at removing barriers to employee and organisational effectiveness; and disseminate knowledge relating to the promotion of effectiveness in organisations.

The Centre operates with the support of the Department of Organisational & Labor Studies, the Department of Psychology and the Graduate School of Management at the University of Western Australia.

Senior Management Centre, the region's leading management institute, delivers practical, relevant, professional leadership and organisation development programmes. The SMC builds on established competencies of 2 of the region's most powerful management institutions: the Australian Institute of Management WA (AIM) and the University of Western Australia Graduate School of Management (UWA, GSM).

UWA Graduate School of Management, UWA is the state's premier academic body and a recgonised leader in the region. In 2000, UWA'S GSM was voted one of the top 25 MBA programmes in Asia-Oceania. The School established GSM Executive Programmes in 1987 to address the growing demand for non-degree learning opportunities for managers.

International Learning Styles Network (ISN), US is a grouping of research and training centres from around the world. Founded by Prof. Rita Dunn, in conjunction with the St.John's University and the New York State Department of Education, the Network, was originally conceived as a humanitarian initiative to revive inner city schools in N.America for the benefit of society. Since the early 1970s, the Network has grown today to be an international organisation with 23 centres.

Currently, the Network has representative centres in the following countries in the world: United states, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Mauritius, Bermuda, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and Brunei.

Performance Concepts International (PCI), US is an organisation dedicated to providing learning and performance solutions to individual learners, teams, and leaders. CCT is the exclusive representative of PCI's programmes and products in Singapore. PCI's goal is to design customised programmes that optimise learning and improve job performance using proprietary psychometric tools such as the Building Excellence inventory. A list of its impressive clients is included in a subsequent section.
