Based on real, easy to learn self defense skills used by Israeli Special Forces, KAPAP, students learn to detect pre-conflict signs get out of danger, and deploy life-saving techniques. It teaches students to understand the criminal/ predator mind, danger recognition and avoidance, de-escalation, travel safety and a number of easy to learn personal protection skills in order to stay safe.
*Kapap is now the official self defense skills used by the Girls Brigade Singapore for training of their students from as young as Primary 5 to ladies who are senior officers of this global organisation.

Kapap was taught as a CCA or in short intensive programmes in secondary schools such as Victoria School, Ngee Ann Secondary, Yishun Town Secondary, St Margaret Secondary School, Anderson Junior Colleges, National Junior Colleges, Meridian Junior Colleges, Temasek Polytechnic, and Singapore Management University to list a few.  It has also been taught under the auspices of the Girls Brigade Singapore at Zhangde Primary School, Gan Eng Seng Secondary and Methodist Girls' School for instance.

The Economic Development Board (EDB) sent both its Directors and EDB scholars through this personal protection workshop as part of the pre-posting preparation programme.  The prestigious EDB Society embraces this programme for its members who often are required to travel for business.
